　　On January 25, the 3rd session of the 12th Fu'an City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference successfully completed its agenda and closed successfully. Ni Zhengyun, member of the Standing Committee of Ningde Municipal Committee and Secretary of Fuan Municipal Committee, attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech, and expressed his earnest hope to the work of the CPPCC and all members.

The meeting heard and reviewed the "Work Report of the 12th Standing Committee of the CPPCC" made by Comrade Zhan Cuixia on behalf of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC and the "Report on the Work of the Third Session of the 12th Session of the CPPCC" by Lin Ping, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC, and commended Outstanding proposal.
